
Go Green: Kale Smoothie? Yes, Please!

I eat … or drink, my greens. It’s a texture thing, sometimes. I’m not crazy about the leafy greens. Enter the blender and voila! This delight is a variation on a theme that has infused me with a boost of nutrition many a time. It goes like this:
1 banana | 1-2 c milk of choice | 1T plain greek yogurt | frozen peaches | hemp seeds | handful of greens (spinach, kale, mixed) | any other fruit on hand
Blend until smooth. Just sweet enough and not too much … and green. Kale smoothie? Yes, please!
